Following the Book of Acts model, we will soon gather in house church communities where authentic relationships thrive, discipleship takes root, and followers of Jesus are equipped and sent to impact their unique spheres of influence.

Beginning in 2026, we will gather through:
- "House Churches" (Wednesdays): We will gather in homes across the county, where discipleship happens in the context of real community. These communities share meals, grow in faith, care for one another, and live on mission together.

- Sunday Gatherings: All house churches will come together as one body to worship, be equipped, and celebrate what God is doing throughout every sphere of influence across Miami.

Influence Miami is planting to become one church made up of many house churches across Miami-Dade County. We exist to reach, equip, and send disciples into every sphere of influence.

Our Model: A Church of House Churches:
Our church follows the model of the Early Church in Acts—decentralized, relational, and mission-driven.

1. Decentralized Community – Discipleship and community happen primarily in House Churches, where every believer can be personally known and shepherded.
2. Distributed Leadership – House Churches are led by trained pastors who shepherd their communities, disciple others, and carry out pastoral care.
3. Diverse Family – Each House Church is intentionally cross-generational, multi-ethnic, and geographically rooted, reflecting the beauty of God’s kingdom.
4. Common Oversight – All House Churches are united under shared leadership and identity, ensuring health, accountability, and mission alignment.

Purpose

We believe the Great Commission wasn’t given to a few—it was given to all. Every home, every hallway, every sphere is holy ground. We don’t wait for a platform; we show up with purpose in our jobs, neighborhoods, and relationships. Wherever we are, the Kingdom goes with us.

Evangelism

Because Jesus came to seek and save the lost.

We believe in boldly sharing the good news of Jesus—because He died for all and loves the lost deeply. Evangelism isn’t a duty; it’s a response to His love. As His disciples, we go where He sends, speak when He prompts, and trust that every conversation could be someone's turning point. Everyone deserves to hear about Him.

Excellence

Because the Gospel deserves more than good enough.

Whether it's hosting a meal, leading worship, or praying for a friend, we do it with intention and heart. Excellence isn’t about perfection or performance; it’s about showing we care. We believe the way we steward what’s in our hands speaks of the One we serve.

In a world that often prioritizes convenience and comfort, we choose people. We open our homes, our lives, and our schedules to walk alongside others. From neighbors to strangers, from lifelong friends to brand-new faces, everyone is worth the interruption.

Flow of Influence

The "Flow of Influence" is our discipleship process at Influence Miami. This 3-part structure serves as a guide for you to transform your spheres of influence for Jesus by living out three core elements: Intimacy (with God), Intentionality (with others), and Impact (with the Gospel.)

Each part works together, fostering holistic spiritual growth, discipleship, and empowering believers to spread the gospel.

1. Intimacy - with God

A strong relationship with God is foundational.

This element involves:

- Corporate Gatherings: Worshiping and learning together with the larger church family on Sundays.

- Scripture Reading: Daily study time in God's Word.
‍
- Worship: Both individually and together with others.
‍
- Prayer & Corporate fasting: An on-going rhythm of fasting and consecration to God.
‍
- Daily Devotion: An on-going lifestyle of devotion and living according to God's Word.

2. Intentionality - with others

Discipleship happens in community, where relationships are built on purpose and with commitment.

Intentionality is expressed through:


- House Churches: Discipleship communities designed for a deeper dive into the Word, personal growth, and building relationships.

- Circles of Influence: A small core of 2-5 people from your House Church, focused on deep 1:1 discipleship, spiritual growth, and accountability.

3. Impact - with the Gospel

Living out our faith boldly, bringing the message of Christ into every sphere of influence:


- Serving our city: Using your gifts to meet the needs of others, both individually and in-service to the community. 

- Evangelizing: Sharing the good news of Jesus with those in your spheres of influence.

- Making Disciples: Walking alongside others, guiding them to know Christ and equipping them to become disciple-makers themselves.

Launch Timeline

Phase 1 (Pre Sept. 2025)

Planning & Development

In this foundational stage, we are building the framework for Influence Miami. This includes planting team training, legal setup, budgeting, and sharpening our mission and strategy to ensure the church launches on solid ground.

Phase 2 (Sept 2025 - Dec 2025)

Influence WKNDs (Monthly) + Vision Building

Momentum begins here through monthly Influence WKNDs. During this phase we connect with our local community, cast vision, raise financial support, and establish governance to prepare for the future.

Phase 3 (Jan 2026 - Sept 2026)

Soft Launch – House Churches & Monthly Gatherings

We transition into active ministry by starting weekly House Church gatherings and monthly Sunday gatherings. During this phase, we put a focus on multiplying our house church(es), growing our Launch Team, and continuing to reach our local community. This phase allows us to live out our model while continuing to grow community, leadership, and financial support.

Phase 4: September 2026

Official Launch!

Everything builds toward official launch! We will begin meeting weekly on Sundays (Corporate Gathering) and continue meeting weekly on Wednesdays for "House Church" night. From here, we multiply new House Churches across Miami, expanding our reach and influence the city for the glory of God.
